The venue was smelly, even so I loved its excellent staff and location.

I had a very good stay with a breakfast included and liked the location, it was unbeatable and close to music venue. The breakfast had lots of cereal, toast and pastries.

We loved this stay. Everything was good here - knowledgeable staff and brand-new rooms.

The hotel was clean, and I loved a perfect location. The room was brand-new with comfortable beds.

Staff were outstanding, hotel was spotlessly clean, set in shopping area just next door to food places, the PNC Music Pavilion. The room was bright, we loved it. Business location of this independent venue was a bonus.

The weather was wonderful, had decent stay. Adequate breakfasts, with bagels and fresh made waffles and juice.

The hotel was reliable, and I loved pleasant staff and cool enough room. The stay was really enjoyable because of the ideal location of the property. Outstanding service within 9 miles of the airport. The pool was excellent and I had complimentary drinks in the lobby bar.

Had an absolutely amazing stay here. It was decent place for traveling to Charlotte, I was glad to stay there. Employees were cool and sweet.

many things to like: tasty food, exceptionally professional staff, great bed. original room, that also was original. the staff did all they can for a fun stay. fab location, just walking distance from perfect area. plus, it was about 15 minutes' drive to unc charlotte botanical gardens.

Room was panoramic and panoramic, and with a nicely updated decor. That was joyful hotel set in awesome area. Impeccably clean place and excellent service.

We stayed 1 night and it was a RELAXING fit. Well priced hotel, exceptional service provided. The continental breakfast had lots of options for all tastes.

Shame the bathroom was too small.

There was a kitchen, that's a plus. Hotels staff were accommodating.
